Based in Milton on New South Wale’s beautiful South Coast, we service areas from and around Nowra through to St Georges Basin and right down to Bateman’s Bay. We’re a part of the community, we’re passionate locals, and we look out for our neighbours.

A lot of building certifiers out there don’t have a background in the industry, and include people who don’t fully understand the intricacies and principles of high-quality construction. Eugene, our founder, started out as a trade certified builder and has years of hands-on-the-tools expertise across a most kinds of residential, commercial and low-rise construction.

We’ve taken the skills learned from being a builder and are now one of the most reputable certifiers on the NSW South Coast. We’re also a registered member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.

Our mission isn’t just to get the paperwork done and move on to the next job. A big part of what we do is making sure your builder does the job properly. We won’t certify a job that isn’t up to our own standards.
